Fees for clients

Most of our therapeutic and sensory services for clients are funded by a range of different agencies, including:

  • Medicare (we do not charge a gap fee for psychological therapy sessions for clients with a healthcare card)

  • The National Disability Insurance Agency

  • The Transport Accident Commission (TAC)

  • WorkSafe

By charging the funding agency when ever possible, you as the client won’t be out of pocket.

Art therapy fees

  • Individual session: $130 per hour (reduced rates for individuals with an NDIS plan - contact us to find out)

  • Groups of 3: $65 per person per hour

  • Groups of 2: $75 per person per hour

Forest Therapy fees

  • $65 per person for 3 hour walk with an accredited forest bathing guide (Greg)

Horse Assisted Program fees

  • The sessions are facilitated by an Equine (Horse) Specialist and a Clinical Psychologist. Fees can be covered through NDIS plans.

  • Individual private sessions: $330 per hour session

Cancellation policy:

If you have an appointment but cannot make it, please let us know as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if you don’t advise us that you cant make the appointment, we will have to charge you a non-attendance fee.
